I've bin keepin a diary fer a while now. Probly started cos when the Coppers asked: "Where were you on the 15th of March ???"  I could actually TELL em!

Anyways it carried on from there...

I recommend my Cookbook to ya. I am considered to be a flash-hand at Pasta an Left-Overs an I happily pass on my wisdom fer a future generation to learn from my mistakes. I reckon that Blokes what don't cook are missin out, an Mate, trust me, it's easier than cleanin up afterwards!

Also, I have learned in me short life that makin a good Chicken Casserole is pretty much a guarantee of getting laid...
